Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused perfume bottle in its original luxury box and outer shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
